<title>Monk and Module 7 Update Interview</title>
<link>http://ddo.tentonhammer.com/modules.php?op=modload&amp;name=News&amp;file=article&amp;sid=1199</link>
<description>TTH's own Cody &quot;Micajah&quot; Bye talks to DDO's Kate Paiz.
While there was a lot of information from the Monk video released not too long ago, there were still a lot of questions left in the air about the Monk class, and Module 7.
Ten Ton Hammer: So you have an individual animation set for each race?

Kate: What we do is build the animation for one race, then we replicate that across the races and tweak it to make sure it applies to each individual race in our game. We don’t want to go back and reinvent the wheel for each race, but we always want to make sure that the animation is appropriate for the race. For example, the Elf is lighter and more graceful than some of the other medium-sized races, and thus we need to make sure that the animations look appropriate on them.

<title>Weekly Development Activities (Abbreviated)</title>
<link>http://ddo.tentonhammer.com/modules.php?op=modload&amp;name=News&amp;file=article&amp;sid=1197</link>
<description>Weekly Development Activities - Lite!

This week they have changed to include a raid count for the number of raid encounters completed, to fit the needs of the new raid loot system. I did not include the whole Weekly Development Activities, since this is the only change.

UI Improvements

When you close and reopen the Adventure Compendium it will now
remember which tab you were on and reopen to that tab.
Added
a button called “Modify Party” to the “Outstanding Invitation Requests”
panel which will open up the “Create Party” panel directly instead of
having players open it by opening the social panel first, then hitting
the “Create Party” button.
Fixed a problem where it was difficult to resize the grouping
panel using the lower-right corner.
Added
a new button to the character options panel called “Gameplay” which
contains an option which will allow players to customize the way their
quest end rewards are generated. By default, they are generated based
on the character’s main class, but some players (especially
multi-classed characters) may prefer for these end rewards to be
completely random.
There is a new option located under the
Options-&amp;gt;Gameplay tab that allows you to turn on the &quot;Fellow Sticky
Selection&quot;. Description: &quot;Check to prevent 'Select Fellow' keys from
toggling/clearing your target when selecting the same fellow.&quot;
Sorting
by quest name in the Adventure Compendium now ignores &quot; The &quot; at the
beginning of the name. The Quest Journal will also function in the same
way when sorting the Area tabs and the quest list.
Primitive drow should now appear correctly in the focus orb.
NEW -A new command '/quest completions'
will display the number of times you have completed each raid.

<title>Quest Guide: Grey Moon Waning 4</title>
<link>http://ddo.tentonhammer.com/modules.php?op=modload&amp;name=News&amp;file=article&amp;sid=1196</link>
<description>Finishing the Job

Having defeated the ogre traitors of the Grey Moon tribe, and killed many of the Death Blood trolls of the old Grey Moon ancestral caves, you are sent once more into the the caves by Elder Grust to finish the job! Read the tricks of this quest with Darkgolem's new guide, Grey Moon Waning: Extermination!

This quest is fairly easy, there are some risks, such as squishies being beaten by the scorpions, and the cleric can (in a party that has a hard time doing damage quickly) quickly kill some. But overall it's not really that hard.

<title>Update: Guide to Bardic Music</title>

Bardic Spellsinger is very good, since it saves spell points., but Bardic Virtuosos and Bardic Warchanter are only fair. Bard Virtuosos depends on using fascinate a lot, and this won’t last through an entire series of encounters between shrines.

The Searing Heights is a very dangerous area for it's level range. Make sure to read Darkgolem's guide to the Searing Heights for the best way to handle it!

The Sulatar (western) area is very dangerous. Frankly, I believe it is too dangerous for soloing, and the experience rewards given for this zone. One should always have fire resistance up, and healing available.
